Ordering and payments

  • What should I do if there’s something wrong with my orders?

 

Please contact us ASAP. Email us with your order number, information regarding the problem and provide pictures if there is any damage.

  • What size should I choose?

Our size guide is a general guideline for actual measurement, but there are still some errors in the measurement. Please keep in mind that some pieces might fit differently depending on the styles, such as oversized sweatshirts and t-shirts which run bigger than the general guidelines. So please choose the most suitable size according to your situation. If you have any questions about specific measurements please contact us.

  • What payment method does Juicici accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google pay.

For credit cards, please note the billing address entered on your order must match the billing address on file with your bank, otherwise our system might think it's fraud.

  • How much shipping fee does Juicici charge and how much is the free shipping?

Different regions are charged different shipping fees. Please see shipping policy for details.

We offer free shipping for over $59 each order.

  • Are customs and duties fees included in the price of my order?

They are not. Unfortunately, we do not have a say on customs and duties fees. All Customs and Duties Fees are the responsibility of the customer to be paid upon receipt of package. The amount varies from country to country and depending on item(s) ordered.

  • How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including tracking information.

  • When will my order arrive?

  •  Can I change or refund the products?

Yes, Juicici is support to change and refund only if the products you received are not exceed 14 days and which are not affect the secondary sales.
