We want you to be happy with your buying experience. Returns can be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
Product must be unworn and in original condition (with original packaging and original label). Anything that has been worn, washed, or smelled (impacting a second sale) is not eligible for a refund. Original shipping cost (if any) are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempts resulting from the negligent actions of the customer.
Negligence includes but is not limited to providing incorrect information for delivery such as (order address, contact number, consignee name). In this case, we are unable to apply for a refund for you.
How to return an item?
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Put in “return and refund” in the subject line
- Tell us your order number and email/phone.
- Specify the reason why you want to get return and refund.
- Picture is needed when it’s quality issue.
- We'll be in touch within 24hrs.
- Return shipping cost is on customers if it's not quality problem.
Where is my refund?
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
After your return has been processed and returned to our facilities, please expect up to 7 days for the refund to hit your bank account.
Note: Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there's quality issue. (Quality issues: Damaged, large color difference, damaged zipper, stains, and seriously inconsistent with the picture.)
If you receive the product belonging to the above-mentioned quality problems, please contact our customer service (email@example.com) within 7 days after receiving the product. We will try our best to solve the problem for you ASAP.
